This is the set of guarantees a customer is trusting the product with the moment they upload their first document: files are read-only and never altered, one organization's data is walled off from every other organization at the database level and tested against that promise, session recording never sees a customer's actual documents, and the customer keeps ownership of everything they upload. None of it is a feature a customer would ask for by name, and all of it is what makes uploading real business documents in the first place a reasonable thing to do.
- A stated read-only guarantee on your files. ValueAtlas tells you directly at the point of upload that your files are read-only and are never moved or changed.
- Excluded documents are genuinely never processed. Once you confirm a scope, only the documents in that confirmed set are ever sent to the underlying analysis; anything you exclude is guaranteed not to be read for that analysis, not just hidden from the visible output.
- Organization-level data isolation, engineered and tested as a hard boundary. Every analysis, uploaded document, conversation, and monitoring reading is walled off by organization, enforced at the database level (not just in what the interface chooses to display), and specifically tested with checks designed to try to break that isolation, so one company's data cannot be seen by another.
- A private-versus-shared choice on every analysis. You choose, per analysis, whether it is visible to your whole organization or kept private to you, and your own private analyses still count correctly toward your personal view of recoverable value even though nobody else in your organization can see them.
- Export and deletion on request. You can request an export of your organization's data, and you can request deletion of your analyses and associated content; some records may be retained only where required by law.
- A real cookie consent choice, applied consistently. A cookie banner on both the marketing site and inside the product gives you an actual accept-or-decline choice, and it holds: nothing is stored until you accept, and declining actively deletes any tracking identifier already stored on your device, not just stops future collection.
- Session-recording analytics mask what you type, and never see your actual documents. Inside the product, every word on screen is hidden from the session recording before it ever leaves your browser, and the documents you upload and the analyses generated from them are never sent to the analytics vendor.
- A third-party payment processor handles your card details. Payment is processed by a dedicated payment processor; ValueAtlas itself does not store your full card details.
- Content ownership stays with you. You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload; ValueAtlas is licensed only to process that content to deliver your analysis, your content is never sold, and it is never used to train models for other customers.
