ValueAtlas is a software product provided by Auricita LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, United States ("Auricita," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using ValueAtlas, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
ValueAtlas analyzes business process documents you provide and produces an analysis of where recoverable value exists, along with recommendations. The service is sold to businesses and is offered as a one-time analysis together with an ongoing subscription that provides continued access and monitoring. Specific features and outputs may change as the product evolves.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. You must be authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
ValueAtlas is a paid product. Fees for the analysis and for the subscription are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms. Subscriptions renew on their stated cadence until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Except where required by law, delivered analyses are non-refundable because their value is realized on delivery.
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant Auricita a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models for other customers. You may export or request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading content you lack the rights to, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
ValueAtlas produces analysis and recommendations to support your decisions; it does not replace your professional judgment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auricita's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Auricita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@auricita.com.
