Easy sign up

From your first upload to a finished report, in a few easy steps.

Creating an account takes a minute and costs nothing. Upload what you already have, see real value fast, and move forward when you are ready: a quick initial assessment first, then the full analysis whenever you decide to look deeper.

Getting started

How to sign up and purchase

Signing up itself costs nothing, and what you pay is straightforward and easy to understand: every number is exactly what you would see on the purchase screen inside the product itself, with any credit or discount already worked in.

  • Create your account. Signing up does not cost anything and does not require choosing a plan first. You start seeing how ValueAtlas handles your own documents before you are asked to pay for anything.
  • Upload your documents and confirm scope. ValueAtlas sorts what you upload into the process or processes it actually documents, and lets you choose which ones to analyze and which files belong to each, covered in more detail on the demo page.
  • Get an initial assessment of your own process. The assessment runs the complete analysis on your own documents. You get the overview, how your process works today, and the recoverable value it found, so you see that figure before deciding anything further. It runs $250 per process.
  • The amount you spend on the assessment becomes credit toward the full analysis. If you decide to go on within 30 days of paying for the assessment, the full $250 comes off the analysis price.
  • Unlock the full analysis for that process. This is what opens the rest of your report: the complete findings, the accountability matrix, and every figure behind the number your assessment found. List price is $9,900.
  • Buy the analysis alone. Nothing else required. One month of Auri is included anyway, since she comes bundled with the analysis.
  • Add Auri, billed monthly. Cancel anytime. The first month is included, then Auri is $299 a month starting month two.
  • Save on the analysis by prepaying six months of Auri. Prepaying covers Auri straight through month six and takes $1,000 off the analysis price, for $1,495 total.
  • Save even more by prepaying twelve months of Auri. Prepaying covers Auri straight through month twelve instead of month to month, and takes $1,000 off the analysis price plus 15% off Auri herself, for $2,795 total.
  • Launch Partners get the deepest discount ValueAtlas will ever offer. The first 10 organizations to purchase the full analysis lock in Launch Partner status for as long as that cohort is still open, at $5,900 instead of the $9,900 list price.
  • Forty-Niners still lock in meaningful savings. Once Launch Partner status is gone, the next 39 organizations to purchase the full analysis get Forty-Niner terms: $8,900 instead of the $9,900 list price.
Administrative

Team and account features

These are the unglamorous mechanics that decide whether a product feels trustworthy to actually run a team through. Predictable navigation, links that go where they say they will go, admin-controlled visibility so the right people see the right analyses, safe defaults for anyone new, and calm, plain-language messages when something cannot be found or accessed, rather than a raw error. None of it is the headline feature, and all of it is what makes the headline features usable by more than one person.

  • A home-first landing screen. Signing in takes you to your list of analyses, not back to wherever you happened to leave off last time, so a reload or a fresh login always gives you a predictable, stable starting point; you can still reopen any specific analysis from Recent analyses.
  • Return-to-home and start-a-new-analysis always available. The brand mark in the top bar acts as a Home button from anywhere in the product, and a "+ New analysis" button is always present in the top bar.
  • Cancel a running analysis. You can stop an analysis that's in progress if you need to, and resume it later without losing the work already done.
  • Delete an analysis you created. A confirm-before-delete control on each analysis lets you remove one you no longer need.
  • Browser Back button stays inside the product. Pressing your browser's Back button returns you to the app's own previous screen rather than leaving the app entirely, matching what you'd expect from any normal web application.
  • Shareable, reload-safe URLs. The specific screen you're on (Recoverable value, Team, Metrics, a particular analysis) is reflected in the page's address, so refreshing the page or sharing a link with a colleague takes them to the exact same view instead of dumping them back at the home screen.
  • Three levels of team visibility, set by an admin. An administrator sets each teammate's access to one of three levels: their own analyses only, their own plus specific analyses they've been individually granted, or everything in the organization. This lets a leader see the whole picture while a subject-matter contributor only sees the work relevant to them.
  • New teammates start in a safe holding state, not wide open. A newly added member sees a plain "your access is being set up" screen until an admin has explicitly set their visibility level, so nobody has more access than intended by default.
  • Org admins can act on any analysis in the organization. An admin can reassign, change the visibility of, or delete any analysis in the organization, even one they didn't personally create, so the organization is never stuck if the original creator is unavailable or has left.
  • Clear failure messages on every account action. Actions that change something (removing a domain, cancelling an invitation, adjusting a grant, snoozing an alert, changing a metric setting) now tell you plainly if they failed, quoting the actual reason where it's short and readable, rather than failing without any visible sign.
  • A calm, safe message when you try to open something you can't access. If you follow a link to an analysis that's been deleted, belongs to a different workspace, or that you no longer have permission to view, you get a plain, calm message ("that analysis is not available; it may have been removed, or it belongs to a different workspace") and a clear way back home, never a raw technical error or a leaked internal ID.
  • Standard account chrome. A named account menu, organization switcher, and avatar sit in the top bar on every screen.
